What Connection Connects Connekt with Connect?

Of course, moving assets and changing names of businesses is a time-consuming business, but when you have a lot of experience in this area, it must become mundane and commonplace.

Ken Lynge Primby’s latest ruse is to rename his new Enkeltsfirma, hitherto known as “Connekt v/ Ken Lynge Primby”, to “Connect v/ Ken Lynge Primby”, so yet again the Connect Connection comes to the fore. Is that just something he thought of, or was it the plan all along?

Connekt-ing through the ages

Thanks to the magnificent Web Archive site, we can get even more of an insight into the past history of Ken Lynge Primby and Connect/Connekt.

Way back in 1999, Connect looked like this. First thing to note is that the address is Connect – Klamsagervej 14 – DK-8230 Åbyhøj. But the telephone number is still in use today, as is the domain name itself. So was the company an Enkeltsfirma back then, or some other lost Aps that never traded and was dissolved by a “friendly” liquidator?

By 2001, the site has progressed to the site we all know so well. It is unknown if the original developer ever got paid for it or whether he became a creditor of the Connect incarnation of the period. Note the reference to “Connect Resource Agency”, though. Still, he’s now at the Soren Frichs vej 38 address most of us will recognise.

By early 2008, Ken was obviously too busy to keep his site updated, and it was transfered back to Dandomain (is the other host company another creditor?). Later on, he managed to bring it back up, although if you fiddle around with it now you’ll find quite a few missing links.

Interesting to note that at no time is a CVR number visible, which is illegal. Who do I report it to?

News creeps out about Ken Primby from last time

Well, someone hit by the tvangsopløsning of Connect Rekruttering, in 2004, got in touch to say he’s still owed a load of cash, and that Ken Lynge Primby pays a bit back every now and then, through the judgement against his house.

The obviously means that last time, all the contractors did not get their money in full.

I am also free to state this, since it is a provable judgement on the records against the house at Borgbjergalle 13, Odder.

A bit more on Ken Lynge Primby and Connect

A bit more information follows on the Connect Agency in Tvangsopløsning. I have also got plenty of stories and rumour, but what follows is free information, provable from sources such as http:www.cvr.dk (The danish central companies register).

In August 2005, as Connect IT Rekruttering CVR Number on 25201604 slipped into konkurs (Liquidation), 2 new Connect companies were opened by Ken Lynge Primby and Annette Ladefoged Nørgaard, both of Borgbjergalle 13, Odder. The first was CRA Holding ApS CVR Number 28976356, described as an investment business whose main business would be investing in the shares of other businesses – main Director was Annette Nørgaard. The second was Connect Resorce Agency ApS CVR No. 28976496, 100% owned and funded by CRA Holding. Note that Ken Lynge Primby, my sole contact during my time working at the Agency has no legal role in either company.

In May 2007, with the first set of accounts overdue, CRA Holdings is put into closedown /Tvangsopløsning state, and a certain Mr Ken Lynge Primby is appointed liquidator by Annette Ladefoged Nørgaard – nice move Annette!

Ken then files for closedown that the company has no assets. Interesting! Myself and at least 5 other contractors are working for them, but it has no assets? Hmmm….

CONNECT I TVANGSOPLØSNING

My agency, Connect is in Tvangsopløsning.If there are any other IT Contractors out there affected by Ken Lynge Primby and his Connect Resorce Agency, CVR Nummer 28976496, Søren Frichs Vej 38 C, 8230 Åbyhøj going into tvangsopløsning, then please contact me or leave comments here. Connect can be viewed at this website http://www.connect.dk/

I note the business went into tvangsopløsning on 17/9/07, but he still kept quiet and agreed a new contract with me starting 1/10/07. This just about sums up my entire time here. If anyone still thinks Denmark is some kind of socialist idyll, full of nice fluffy, fair-minded people-this is more or less how my partner sold it to me-then I suggest they try living here.

I see Ken Lynge Primby is already back in operation through his new business, also called Connect; or perhaps more correctly; Connekt, at the same website http://www.connect.dk/. But new address Banegårdsgade 20 1 mf8000 Århus C. Nice.The guy has traded through a number of different Connect Companies during his time, including :-
